VKworld VK700 Pro Review: tatty Adonis

Display

Summary: VKworld VK700 Pro has big 5.5-inch display with HD resolution (1280 x 720 pixels).

We liked: Big display and adequate automatic brightness response.

We didn’t like: Colors shifting, when changing the viewing angles. Average minimum brightness and higher-than-convenient maximum brightness. Colors look pale and images are pixellated. Touch response doesn’t feel so smooth.

Performance and benchmarks

Summary: 1GB RAM memory and 8 GB internal storage, powered by MTK6582 quad-core 1.3 GHz processor.

We liked: Adequate performance for this chipset and price.

We didn’t like: Old 32-bit processor. User experience ruined by buggy operating system. VKworld VK700 Pro is cheating in the benchmarks and that’s why we didn’t run many benchmarks. The operating system didn’t allow us to install heavy games since there were only 300-400 mb left for the user (because of the buggy operating system).

User experience:5.5 out of 10 stars (5.5 / 10)
Processor:4 out of 10 stars (4.0 / 10)
RAM:4 out of 10 stars (4.0 / 10)
GPU:4 out of 10 stars (4.0 / 10)
Multitasking:5.5 out of 10 stars (5.5 / 10)
Average:4.6 out of 10 stars (4.6 / 10)
